Poxy Rowing Machines!

Wednesday 27th May - Weather a bit naff again today, so I did 20 mins on the rowing machine. No idea how far that was as the digital readout thingy is knackered. Not through over-use, I a can assure you! Will look into that tomoz. Thighs did not like that today, but onwards and upwards I say!
